Each month we provide your company with a balance sheet, Income Statement, and Special Management Reports that have been designed to fit your business needs.

Complete Account Maintenance
If you do not already have them, your business will be provided with a complete chart of accounts to help establish your net worth. We help you to maintain control of your business activity with monthly reports on operating accounts, sales and other revenue, purchases, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. We also prepare bank reconciliations.

Payroll Services
We prepare your payroll including computation of all withholdings (taxes, Labor and Industries, medical, advancements, tips, etc.). We maintain employee files and wage records with up-to-date I-9 and W-4 forms. At each year’s end, we compute all W-2s and 1099s (for non-employees).

Payroll and Business Tax Preparation
We assure that your company complies with all local, state,and federal tax laws by completing timely reports of quarterly and annual payroll (FUTA, SUTA, FICA, L&I, etc.) and business taxes (excise, property, etc.).

We prepare income tax returns for individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, joint ventures, estates and trusts, and prepare filing extensions (if eligible).
